Coco Splash Adventure & Water Park

Waterpark in Lamai

Coco Splash Adventure is permanently closed

Coco Splash Adventure is a modestly-sized water park in Lamai, a short distance from the beach. Featuring four pools with seven slides, as well as other enjoyable activities for children, it is a family-friendly place to escape the heat of the day and have some fun.

Covering 10,000sqm, the park’s attractions include the titular waterpark, a mini golf course, and bungee trampoline, bumper boats, pedal go-karts and a bouncy castle. This means that the fun and games is mostly targeted at quite young children but some of the slides do have height and age limits.

Unusually, the slides at Coco Splash Adventure & Water Park are built from concrete, but still work just as well as any other. The smaller of the main slides is designed for younger kids aged from 5 years old up to a maximum height of 160cm. The larger one, which flows somewhat faster, is for children over eight and at least 125cm tall.

The bumper boats are one of the more unusual attractions and are exactly what they sound like – a cross between a bumper car and a pedalo. The course for this is a fish pond which is separate from the main swimming pools.

Those looking to relax while the young ones burn off their excess energy can enjoy simple Thai and western food from the restaurant and can laze in the fairly basic, rustic-style cabanas or on the sun loungers available around the pool. The pool is watched over by guards, making it quite a safe environment.

Entry to Coco Splash Adventure and Water Park costs 490 baht per person over 90cm (those under that mark get in free). Birthday parties can be arranged in advance by speaking to the two French owners/operators. The park itself is found in quite a quiet part of the northern end of Lamai, close to Baannoksuan Resort Samui.
