Getting There

Thai Domestic Airways and Bangkok Airways operate regular direct flights from Kosamui. Cheaper flights are also available  at discounted prices subject to availability and local offers. Taxes usually apply on top of the published price, so check first. You can also take the train from Surrathani on the mainland. Overnight trains operate to Bangkok every day.
