Creative menus at Dining on the Rocks
Dining at Dining on the Rocks is to take in 270-degree views of the Gulf of Thailand from unique setups on the tip of the headland. There are 10 terraced decks made up of weathered teak and bamboo allowing for alfresco and covered corners to enjoy the great selection of creative dishes.
The culinary team uses local and internationally sourced organic and sustainable ingredients. Among the menus to choose from, there’s the Sensibility Menu that features charcoal-grilled octopus ‘n’ chorizo with squid ink crunch, and olive pearls. Another menu is the Indochine Menu that comes with tuna sashimi and seaweed, daikon radish, sesame seeds and teriyaki caviar. There are also vegetarian and vegan options available through the Vegan Society Menu. You can also order à la carte.
