Fisherman's Restaurant offers fresh local seafood prepared by Chef Lek (Lek is from a local fishing family and was born in Ban Tai). Lek's style fish ‘n’ chips, Thai-western fusion fish cakes, homemade fish pie, BBQ ribs in a sticky sweet chili sauce are among the most popular dishes. Fisherman's Restaurant prepares all dishes to order and does not use artificial flavourings. There's an excellent choice of cocktails and a great range of wines along with several desserts of the day. The restaurant was built by Lek and his father with an original long-tail boat for seating.

L’Alcove is a jazzy French bistro serving typical homemade specialities such as duck confit, delicatessen and cheese. The restaurant has a warm tropical décor, featuring bamboo walls covered with black and white photos, a thatch ceiling, wooden furnishings and vivid orange cushions. Unobtrusive jazz music is regularly played live to enhance the atmosphere, which is already pretty festive and friendly. You can also pick a table on the beach for a romantic dinner. L’Alcove is a stunning sundowner spot, so try to get there at opening time.

Lake Hut, Restaurant, Bar and Water Activities is located on the beautiful Laem Son Lake, in Sri Thanu on Koh Phangan’s west coast. Located on the coastal roadside near Wok Tum Bay, just north of Thong Sala, Petty’s Place is a simple Thai restaurant made of wood, bamboo and thatch. The seating areas are typically Thai as they are slightly elevated and furnished with foldout triangle cushion and low tables. It’s more on the quality of the food that Petty’s Place makes a lasting impression. Petty prepares absolutely delicious Thai dishes with love including fresh seafood, coming straight from the nearby sea and into her frying-pan.
