Le Paradis Resort's very own Karebu Restaurant sits right next to the soft sands of Chaweng Beach.

The varied menu includes the best in Thai cuisine, as well as delicious western selections prepared with the freshest of ingredients. The restaurant also offers a popular tapas menu and has a good choice of fine wines.

A casual beachside atmosphere prevails during the day, while in the evening, Karebu becomes a truly romantic location with soft lighting and tables either set on an airy terrace or right on the beach.

Karebu Restaurant achieves the impossible, providing a haven of calm in the heart of Chaweng Beach. Set on a tranquil stretch of Samui’s most popular shore, and part of the delightful Le Paradis Resort, Karebu is the creation of a close-knit team of restaurant lovers.

The laid-back, personalized air of Karebu compels guests to return on a daily basis. Together, the restaurant team developed a choice of Middle Eastern, European and Thai dishes, graced with an extensive tapas menu, created by an adherence to taste and simplicity. The menu is constantly evolving, with classic dishes planned to balance the variety of taste on offer, and an enticing Sunday Brunch on the horizon.

The lunch menu offers a range of open-faced sandwiches of exceptional quality and distinctive taste. The Mezze, a combination of babaganush, grilled eggplant, salad, black olives and pitta bread is a perfect choice for those long tropical afternoons of beachside dining. The tapas menu offers a variety of creative and excellent choices that can be combined to suit any time of day. The Tuna Croquette , a breaded tuna filled mix fried and served with a mayonnaise based sauce, is a certain favourite. A further prime choice of regular guests is the Chicken Melitzana, a breast of chicken cooked with aubergine, mozzarella and basil served in a tomato based sauce.

An extensive range of authentically Thai dishes is complimented by creative variations of European and Middle Easter main meals. The Lobster Parisienne, lobster tails, beautifully presented and served with a mustard mayonnaise and tarragon sauce is a must try. Khun Kwang’s signature stuffed lamb chops, young New Zealand lamb stuffed with feta cheese and red wine sauce, is an example of why this inventive chef is becoming a firm favourite amongst locals and visitors alike.
