A popular choice for the early part of the evening is to go on a sunset cruise. There is no better way, than to begin a romantic evening drifting along on a boat, the sun dipping beyond the waves as you sip cocktails with your partner. Some of these charters include dinner on-board while you listen to the gentle lap of water while you drift along.
When romance is in the air, Maenam offers some charming dining options, with cuisines that are both extensive and varied. After your meal, slip into one of the local bars or lounges, located within the numerous hotels or elsewhere in this palm fringed seaside village. Sunset Cruises
Climb aboard the Tangoroa, a yacht steeped in history, for a romantic evening on the water. This is sure to leave with you a memorable experience. These cruises depart on Tuesdays and Saturdays at 17:00 and returning at 19:30 p.m. Drinks and canapes are included in the price.
Also on offer here are Full Moon cruises that take guests along the picturesque coastline of the island and include dinner and drinks. If being taken, doesn't suit you and you would prefer a romantic cruise alone, you can also charter the boat (including its captain and boat-boy) for a nominal fee.
