Baan Taling Ngam Resort & Spa offers business executives the ideal place to plot and plan in total privacy. In line with the "small is beautiful" theme of the overall resort, the two exclusive meeting rooms can hold up to 50 persons, and individually 25 a piece. For larger functions, The Promenade Garden (Beachside) and the Poolside Terrace are available, with capacities of 120 each, either for cocktails or dining.

Seven-day Conference / Meeting Program

Day 1

• Airport pick up and transfer by private Limousine or minibus
• Welcome drink served in Samui coconut on arrival
• Welcome sunset cocktail followed by Fisherman's Night with a Seafood and Meat BBQ on Taling
• Ngam Beach set amongst the rocks in a romantic setting with bonfire, lanterns and classical
duo, tropical island dance show and fire jugglers
• Turn down: Bronze Samui crab

Day 2

• Sunrise Breakfast in a private Villa while watching the Sunrise on the coconut fringed
mountains
• Meeting and coffee break
• Create your own sandwich with smoked salmon, Parma ham, choice cuts and a selection of
breads and salads
• Meeting and coffee break
• Royal "Kan Tok" dinner on comfortable triangular Thai cushions in the private setting of our
beach surrounded by fire torches with "Pong Lang" Northeastern dances and Thai band
• Turn down: BTN T-shirt, cap and sun screen lotion

Day 3

• Breakfast Buffet at the Lom Talay overlooking the ocean and Bird's Nest Islands
• Meeting and coffee break
• Thai cooking school, visit the hotel's herb, fruit and vegetable garden, followed by a visit to the
fresh seafood market in Nathorn, cooking class either at a local house for small groups or at
the hotel followed by lunch and fruit and vegetable carving class
• Sunset cruise with cocktails, serenaded by our Strolling Duo while enjoying a Mediterranean
dinner on Ploy Pailin
• Turn down: Thai cooking book

Day 4

• Breakfast around the pool on the Cliff
• Meeting and coffee break
• Colonial style picnic on Taling Ngam Beach under the coconut trees
• Meeting and coffee break
• Dinner in local Seafood Restaurant on the beach in a casual authentic Island setting
• Turn down: Bronze Thai musician

Day 5

• Breakfast at the Terrace Garden overlooking Ang Thong Marine Park
• Meeting and coffee break
• Light lunch at the Promenade restaurant right on Taling Ngam Beach
• Meeting and coffee break
• Ancient Siam Night in the setting of a Private Villa with Thai dancing, Martial Arts and Thai
classical orchestra
• Turn down: Thai Silk Tie for men, silk scarf for ladies

Day 6

• Breakfast served at the Promenade restaurant on the beach
• Cruise on Ploy Pailin to Ang Thong Marine National Park, swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, visit
crater lake, and enjoy a Seafood BBQ lunch
• Farewell 5 course Gala dinner at the Terrace Garden with classical music or dance band
• Fireworks display
• Turn down: Hand carved elephant

Day 7

• Champagne breakfast served in your private villa or suite
• Farewell gift: Carved soap in Thai ceramic "Benjarong"
• Departure to airport
