Cancellation Policy: Deposit 10% is NON-Refundable. Any amendment or cancel, please inform us at least 2 days before service date by phone, fax or email.

Recommendations on preparing for a check-up:
1. Please do not eat or drink anyting for at least 8-10 hours before the appointment
2. Wear a shirt that is convenient for taking blood at your forearm
3. Have a good night of sleep, Sleep deprivation before the appointment is not recommended.
4. If you suspect that you may be pregnant, please notify the staff before any tests are started.
5. Examination should not be 7 days before or after a woman's menstruation period
