Our list of the 10 best restaurants for kids in Samui is pretty sure to satisfy both children and their parents. We all know about the ups and downs parents have to go through when it comes time for dinner as many children are choosy regarding food. Negotiations, ultimatums, and tantrums are, alas, often part of parents’ duty. Fortunately, Samui – and more generally, Thailand – offers the perfect destination for families with young children. Thai people are famously kind and patient towards youngsters. Going for lunch or dinner with children in almost any restaurant in Thailand allows mom and dad to take a welcomed break… most of the time, anyway.
We’ve come up with this list of where to find the most family-friendly dining venues in Koh Samui. All these restaurants have a children’s menu or, at least, dishes that will please your little ones. Several of them also feature facilities dedicated to kids.

It’s sure to provide ample choice to even the pickiest children. Most of these dining venues belong to national or international chains, which somehow ensures a certain level of quality. Another definite plus about Central Festival Samui is that it has children’s playing areas, cool attractions – the Pirate Adventure Horror House is a particular favourite – and gaming arcades.
